Isadora, Quick time, Eyesweb
No ideas yet for the log or e-group but as far as Isadora is concerned.

There is a free demo for Isadora that you can download for 30m days and check how it works and if you want to proceed in bying it.
If you need the version for windows you have to also download a driver called vdig so that your webcam or whichever camera you are using is seen through Quick time(so that you can work on real time as well),
there is a site called: http://www.blogger.com/www.abstractplane.com that you can also download a free 30 days version for that as well.
You can also download eyesweb as well which is similar to Isadora but is far more complicated to work on it.....this is free as well as it is a university programe...google it if you are interested and you will find it easily...
There is really lots of potential in these programmes but it also requires lots of time working on them so you can find your way around... I have just started getting to know them and i am excited!!!!!...
